FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes. All of our tumblers are made to order with care, using your selected wrap design (and glitter options where applicable).

  • Wrap designs and glitter colours are chosen during our TikTok live or by contacting us on WhatsApp before purchasing. Please message us to view current options.

  • Yes. You can contact us on WhatsApp to see available designs and place your order without joining a live.

  • As each tumbler is custom made to order, please allow 24–48 hours for your item to be made before dispatch.

  • Our cold cups are designed for cold drinks only. Our travel mugs are double-layered vacuum insulated and keep drinks cold for up to 12 hours and hot for up to 6 hours.

  • All tumblers should be hand washed only. They are not dishwasher safe, microwave safe, or suitable for soaking.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

  • Yes, we offer UK shipping. Shipping details and costs are shown at checkout.
